主要研究领域及兴趣:
  离子通道的结构和功能正常是维持生命过程的基础,其结构或功能的异常会导致许多先天性或后天获得性疾病,称为离子通道病。离子通道功能的减弱或增强均会导致机体生理功能的紊乱,主要累及神经、肌肉、心脏、肾脏等系统或器官。瞬时受体势(transient receptor potential, TRP)通道是人类感觉系统的先驱,由于可以响应从细胞内至细胞外的多种刺激而被称为多觉感受器。其中的温度敏感型TRP通道除了可被温度激活外,还可被各种物理或化学因素激活,激活的温敏型TRP通道不但介导温度感知,而且还参与痛觉的形成和传导、痒觉发生以及皮肤神经源炎症发生,因此,温度敏感型TRP通道已成为治疗疼痛、炎症和瘙痒等疾病的重要新型分子靶标。目前,我们研究小组主要聚焦于膜离子通道和神经细胞信号传导的研究,以阐述离子通道与神经细胞信号调控的关系为主要研究目标,重点关注与痛觉及伤害性传导密切相关的离子通道的生物学功能和作用机制。主要从以下几个方面开展:
1) 温度敏感型TRP通道的门控机制与功能结构域鉴定;
2) 重要疾病中离子通道和神经信号调控异常的分子机制,并同时探究离子通道在生理与病理中的作用;
3) 为相关离子通道类疾病的药物筛选和治疗提供潜在的作用靶标,进而指导新药发现。
