主要研究领域及兴趣:
  维持细胞基因组完整性和稳定性对于细胞正常生长、分化及增殖至关重要。细胞基因组DNA容易受到内源和外源因素的侵害发生损伤甚至断裂。当DNA损伤应答或修复系统存在缺陷时,易导致基因突变、染色体结构或数量发生异常及基因组稳定性失控等系列问题,最终引发细胞发生癌变、死亡。DNA损伤修复与人类发育、免疫、衰老、神经系统功能及癌症的发生发展密切关联。
  DNA修复机制在进化过程中较为保守。本实验室以模式生物酿酒酵母及哺乳动物细胞为研究材料,综合利用遗传学、生化与分子生物学、细胞生物学及现代组学技术与方法,围绕DNA断裂修复与基因组稳定性中的重要科学问题开展研究。主要包括以下研究方向:
  1. DNA双链断裂修复的调控机制;
  2. 细胞应对复制压力的分子基础;
  3. 组蛋白表观遗传修饰在DNA修复和基因组稳定性中作用;

承担课程:
承担本科生《生命科学技术与进展》及研究生《高等遗传学》部分教学任务
