主要研究领域及兴趣
翻译后修饰蛋白质组学/PTMs proteomics:
1) 表观遗传学组蛋白翻译后修饰研究/Histone post-translational modifications (PTMs)

组蛋白翻译后修饰种类众多,组合变化复杂,基于质谱的蛋白质组学因其高灵敏度和高精确度,是研究组蛋白修饰的重要工具。将定量蛋白质组学方法应用到疾病的研究中,深入组蛋白翻译后修饰在疾病以及治疗中关键作用的研究 / Histones can be heavily decorated with numerous PTMs. Due to the high sensitivity, high mass accuracy, precise peptide sequencing, and the possibility to perform large-scale analyses, Mass spectrometry (MS) based proteomics is highly suitable for characterizing PTMs on histones. Quantitative MS provides a sensitive and accurate way to dissect the changes in the histone code in diseases and drug therapy.

2) 线粒体蛋白磷酸化和乙酰化研究/Protein phosphorylation and acetylation in mitochondria:糖尿病相关线粒体蛋白磷酸化和乙酰化方面的研究。已建立人类骨骼肌线粒体磷酸化蛋白质组,发现胰岛素通过磷酸化影响线粒体生物学功能,将深入研究蛋白磷酸化和乙酰化在糖尿病发生及治疗中的关键作用 / MS-based PTMs proteomics and its applications into mitochondrial protein phosphorylation and acetylation. A comprehensive overview of mitochondrial phosphoproteome from human skeletal muscle has been established, and insulin potentially regulates mitochondrial processes by phosphorylation-dependent mechanisms. Research interests focus on the critical role of protein phosphorylation and acetylation in diabetes and drug therapy.
